KALAMI Terms of Service

KALAMI is a Singapore-operated web console for authorized organizations and users in TikTok-supported regions to manage TikTok accounts and compliant content workflows. KALAMI does not offer TikTok integration in mainland China.

1. Service

The Service provides TikTok OAuth authorization, display of authorized account information and video lists, content upload, publishing queues, organization workflows, and access controls. Availability depends on TikTok-approved products, scopes, and official responses.

2. TikTok Authorization and Posting

• KALAMI never collects or stores TikTok passwords. Account connections use TikTok OAuth and the user's explicit consent.
• KALAMI accesses profile, statistics, and video-list data only within the scopes authorized by the user.
• Inbox uploads require the creator to complete editing and posting in TikTok. Direct Post runs only after TikTok returns permitted creator settings.
• Users may revoke authorization in TikTok settings or disconnect an account in KALAMI.

3. User Responsibilities

• Manage only TikTok accounts and content that you own or are authorized to manage.
• Comply with applicable law, TikTok Developer Terms, Platform Policies, and Community Guidelines.
• Do not circumvent API limits, anti-spam controls, or regional-availability restrictions.

4. Data and Termination

We process only the minimum data needed for the Service. After revocation or account removal, KALAMI stops new TikTok access and handles relevant records in accordance with applicable law and necessary security or audit obligations. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Service is for Singapore and other TikTok-supported regions and does not offer TikTok integration in mainland China.
