KALAMI Privacy Policy

KALAMI is a Singapore-operated web console. This Policy explains how we process information needed when you connect a TikTok account to KALAMI. The Service is for Singapore and other TikTok-supported regions and does not offer TikTok integration in mainland China.

1. Information We Process

• Basic workspace login, organization, and access-control information.
• Profile, statistics, video-list information, and related metadata explicitly authorized through TikTok OAuth.
• Files selected by the user for upload and technical records required for upload, queueing, error handling, and audit.

KALAMI does not access TikTok account data without OAuth authorization and does not collect TikTok passwords.

2. Use of Information

We use information only for authorized account connections, content workflows, operational display, system security, and troubleshooting. We do not sell TikTok user data, share it with advertisers, or use it for purposes the user did not request.

3. Storage, Retention, and Security

We use HTTPS in transit, role-based access controls, and encrypted storage mechanisms. Data is processed in a Singapore-hosted service environment and retained only as needed for the Service, security, audit, or applicable legal obligations.

4. Your Choices and Rights

You may revoke authorization in TikTok settings, disconnect an account in KALAMI, or contact the service operator to request deletion of applicable workspace and authorized TikTok data. After revocation, KALAMI stops new API access.
